TOMOTA DALL FRY - Easy to cook!

Name : Tomato Dall Fry
Type : Dall and Simple to cook
Cooks : Any Bachelor.

Method:

Take the things for a person

  • 50 grams of Dall(Any Dall)
  • 1/2 Big onion sliced into 2 pieces
  • 2 Green chillies sliced into 2 pieces
  • 1 Small piece of Garlic
  • 1 Big Tomato sliced into 4 pieces

Take all these items according to the number of persons, put needed salt and chilli powder, necessary water and put them in a cooker and give as many whistles as needed (Don't worry nothing will happen if you give more, but make sure you have enough water). After, all the steam got cool down, take a vessel and put some oil, after oil got heated up put some mustard(கடுகு), Bengal gram (கடலை பருப்பு) and some Red chillies and fry those and put them in the Dall that we have prepared. Hurray! You have made Tomato Dall fry.


Important: Serve it to someone and check the results before you eat.
